Kuala Lumpur, May 2025 — The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) has officially launched MyHealth 2.0, a major digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing the public healthcare system. The update includes AI-powered virtual consultations, real-time appointment booking, and nationwide health record integration — all available via a new mobile app and web portal.

- Multilingual support for Malay, English, Mandarin, and Tamil
"We’re making healthcare faster, smarter, and more inclusive for every Malaysian," said Health Minister Dr. Zaliha Mustafa.
Rural Health Boost
The platform will roll out mobile clinic support for rural areas via 5G-connected vans equipped with diagnostic tools. Communities in Sabah, Sarawak, and Kelantan will be among the first to benefit.
Public Health Push: Vaccination, Mental Health, Diabetes
Alongside the launch, the MOH also announced:
- New mental health helpline and tele-counseling options
- Subsidized screening programs for diabetes and hypertension
- A major HPV vaccination drive for teens starting June 2025
