Woman Injured in Robbery at Taman Astakajaya 1, Segamat – Police Seek Public Cooperation

SEGAMAT, 7 April – A woman and her friends were victims of a robbery incident that took place at Taman Astakajaya 1, Buloh Kasap, Segamat. According to the police, three unidentified men approached the group on motorcycles before one of them dismounted and snatched the woman's gold chain.

The force of the snatch caused the woman to fall, resulting in injuries. Following the incident, the victim lodged a police report, prompting swift action by local authorities.

Initial investigations, including CCTV footage from the area, revealed that the suspects were riding a blue Kawasaki Ninja RR150 and a green Yamaha Y15ZR. The case is currently being investigated under relevant laws for robbery, which may carry heavy penalties including imprisonment and fines if the suspects are convicted.
